Frequently Asked Questions
Do you take trade-ins?
Yes, we accept trailers in trade towards a new trailer. You can bring your trailer by for a valuation, or you can send us pictures for an estimate.
Do your trailers have a warranty?
All of the new trailers we sell have a manufacturer backed warranty included. The length of the warranty and the limitations are specific to the brand of trailer as well as the brands of components used on each specific model.
Do you rent trailers?
A few of our stores offer rentals. Currently our Greenville, Amarillo, and Waco locations have rental trailers available.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday – Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, and Saturday from 8 am to 12 pm. Check our social media or our Google listings for the latest information about our holiday hours.
I didn’t buy my trailer from you, can I still take it to you for parts and service?
Absolutely! We welcome all brands of trailers. Our parts and service department is experienced in helping customers with axle replacements, brake repairs, bearing packing, hub oil changes, wiring repair, hydraulic repairs, and more.
Do you do trailer customization?
Yes, we can add a variety of accessories like winches, light bars, spare tire brackets, tarp kits, dunnage racks, sliding ratchet tracks, toolboxes, chain racks, and more. If you’re looking for something extra custom, we can get a custom trailer built for your needs.
