The Warranty Process
Manufacturer Coverage – Your trailer and its components are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, not by Happy Trailers. Each manufacturer has its own terms, coverage, and limitations.
Warranty Repairs – If your trailer or an eligible part has a warranty-covered issue, we can handle the repair or replacement after the manufacturer approves the claim.
Parts Warranty – Many manufacturers offer separate warranties on key components such as axles, jacks, couplers, electrical systems, and suspension parts. If a part is covered, we can assist in getting it repaired or replaced.
Approval Process – All warranty claims must be submitted to the manufacturer for approval before we can begin any work. We assist by diagnosing the issue and coordinating with the manufacturer.
What You Need – To process a warranty claim, you will need your proof of purchase, VIN number, warranty documentation, and details about the issue.
